I wanted to take a moment to personally share the story behind Alexander Financial Group and what it truly means to me.

The name Alexander was inspired by someone special in my life, my grandfather. He’s always been a role model, a source of wisdom and strength, and someone I’ve looked up to my entire life. Naming the business after him is my way of honouring his legacy and keeping his spirit and values at the heart of everything I do.

I’ve been in the mortgage industry for over 11 years now, and from the very beginning, I’ve had a clear vision: to help people achieve their financial goals in a way that’s personal, honest, and truly supportive. This career has never just been about loans or numbers for me; it’s about helping people feel confident, secure, and empowered when making some of life’s biggest financial decisions.

A big part of that journey has been thanks to my mentor, Rob Sordillo. Rob’s guidance, patience, and belief in me gave me the tools and confidence to branch out and build something of my own. Because of that, I’m passionate about passing it on; mentoring up-and-coming brokers and sharing the lessons I’ve learned along the way.

But there’s more to this story than business.

Giving back to the community has always been close to my heart. Through Alexander Financial Group, I’ve been proud to support organisations like Catherine House, R U OK?, and The Next Step – Men’s Mental Health. These causes matter deeply to me, and I’m committed to making fundraising and community support a core part of the business as we grow.

As part of that commitment, I’m honoured to have been named the new MANtalk Wellness Ambassador, and to have received the "Wellness Advocate of the Year" award at the Better Business Awards 2025. These recognitions are deeply meaningful to me, and I’ll continue to use this platform to drive change and support mental wellness.
